Drawing on over 35 years of experience as a Broker, Danielle is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry. Working as a Broker Associate in the St. Armands and Longboat Key offices of Coldwell Banker Realty in Sarasota she brings a uniquely personal touch to her client interactions, ensuring tailored solutions for each individual. Danielle's expertise extends beyond her years in the field. She holds prestigious certifications, including the Luxury Homes Certification, Certified Waterfront Specialist designation, Accredited Buyer's Representative designation and Certified Residential Listing Specialist. These qualifications underscore her commitment to providing unparalleled service and advice, particularly in the specialized luxury markets.

Residing in Sarasota for nearly five decades, Danielle possesses an intimate understanding of the area's diverse neighborhoods. Having personally experienced many of them, she offers clients invaluable insights into the local real estate landscape.

With a keen eye for market trends and a deep understanding of the complexities inherent in real estate transactions, Danielle guides her clients through every step of the process. Having already personally experienced multiple market cycles, she approaches every transaction with confidence and expertise. Her dedication to excellence is further reflected in her active involvement in various not-for-profit organizations, where she works to enhance the Sarasota and Manatee communities.  Danielle is currently serving as a board member at Save Our Seabirds and the State College of Florida Foundation.

Alison's journey in real estate is deeply rooted in her upbringing in the stunning surroundings of Sarasota. Following her academic pursuits, culminating in a B.A. from Furman University and an MBA from Clemson University, she returned to her hometown to be near family and the place she loves most.

With a seamless transition into the family business, Alison joined her mother, Danielle, as a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent. Always wanting to stay as knowledgeable as possible for her clients, she recently earned the designation as a Certified Waterfront Specialist, a Certified Residential Listing Specialist, and remains regularly involved in the local Real Estate Board.

Alison is a proud graduate of the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce's prestigious Leadership Sarasota program, class of 2024. This experience further enriched her knowledge and connections within the local community, enhancing her ability to serve her clients effectively. Alison's approach to her work is characterized by a rare blend of professionalism and fun. While she takes her responsibilities seriously, she also infuses every interaction with enthusiasm, making the real estate journey an enjoyable and rewarding experience for her clients.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Alison finds ultimate joy in the company of her cherished dogs, Winston, Willow, and Fira. Together, they revel in the sunshine and serenity aboard their boat, soaking in the best that Sarasota's picturesque waters have to offer.
